Benard has wealth of experience in Research and Public Policy Analysis. He has collaborated with many institutions in ensuring public policy integration in governments in East Africa. He is an expert in Research Methodology, Mixed Methods, RCTs, Policy Analysis and Monitoring & Evaluation.

Janet Amito

Programme Director

Janet is a social scientist with wealth of experience in policy integration and community education. She worked with Westminster Foundation for Democracy,Uganda and participated in many research projects with many International Universities.

Masha George William

Senior Public Policy Analyst

George has a vast experience in Policy Analysis and has consulted with Parliament of Uganda in areas of policy analysis for many years.

Yiyo Babulya

Director Finance

Yiyo is an entrenched financial expert with over six years of experience, he has practiced and consulted within SMEs and NGOs industry extensively. His expertise in the areas of developing control systems, taxation, budgeting, and financial reporting.

Katrina L. Bledsoe(PhD).

Board Chairperson

For over 20 years, Dr. Katrina Bledsoe, a trained evaluator and social psychologist, has evaluated programs at the local, state and federal levels.

Dan Ayebale (PhD).

Board Vice Chair

Dr. Dan Ayebale is a Lecturer at Kyambogo University, School of Management and Entrepreneurship. He received his PhD from the University of Agder, Norway. He is keen about current policy changes in developing countries and emerging markets in line with their affects on the private sector’s capacity to create wealth in these economies.

Assist. Professor Geoffrey Whitebread

Board Member

Whitebread is the Program Director of Civic Leadership, Business, & Social Change and a senior lecturer at GALLAUDET UNIVERSITY, FLORIDA USA. He is an expert in political science with a focus on disability policy. He brings a wealth of experience expanding over 15 years.

Associate Professor. Thomas G. Archibald

Board Member

Dr. Thomas, an affiliate of Virginia Tech’s Agricultural, Leadership, and Community Education department, is a community education and development expert focused on educational program planning, program evaluation, and adaptive management for organizational learning and social change.

Professor Emmanuel Botlhale

Board Member

Emmanuel is a Professor in Public Administration in the University of Botswana. His primary teaching and research interest area is public finance. Secondary teaching and research areas are: public budgeting, financial administration; project management; public governance.
