Climate Change and Environment

Increasing temperatures and regional variability in sea-level, frequent changing precipitation patterns, and more extreme weather are frightening human health and safety, food and water security, and socio-economic development in Africa

A recent report by the World Metrological Organization indicated that Africa experienced Tropical Cyclone Idai, drought in the South, floods, and Land-slides associated with heavy rainfall.

Africa being an agricultural continent, the risk associated with climate change means many populace will drop back to poverty and disrupting livelihood.

We use research to develop practical solutions for the communities and nationals. We engage with farmers to build a more resilient uniform approach and build data that shapes policy alternatives. We undertake research in many areas of manufacturing, agricultural practices, city planning approaches and help refine these practices.

We also engage in training communities on the effects of climate change and also develop interventions that help local communities fully engaged.
