Benard Cankara
Founder and Executive Director
Benard has wealth of experience in Research and Public Policy Analysis.
He has collaborated with many institutions in ensuring public policy integration in governments in East Africa. He is an expert in Research Methodology, Mixed Methods, RCTs, Policy Analysis and Monitoring & Evaluation.
He has previously worked as Chief Research Officer at Human Capital International and Research Auditor with International Growth Research & Evaluation Center. Benard has also consulted within the Microfinance Industry in Africa for many years.
He is a PhD Student of Public Policy and Governance at Kyambogo University. He holds a Master's Degree in Research and Public Policy from Uganda Christian University and BSc. in Management from Kyambogo University.
