Martin is a Policy PhD Scholar at the University of Pretoria (South Africa), holds a Masters degree in Public Administration and Management (MUK), a Post graduate Diploma in Monitoring & Evaluation (UMI), a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science (MUK), Certificate in Administrative Law (Uganda LDC) and innumerable awards. He has authored several papers, developed e-cases for Trainers and worked with Development Research and Training (DRT); Campaign Finance Monitoring (ACFIM), DFID, AAD, WAKISSHA to steer unequalled Public Policy Advocacy and Consultancy. Martin’s unequalled profile in Public Policy, Governance Capacity development, Project planning, Monitoring and Evaluation is cornerstone at National and International levels. His research focus is on developing a model for enhancing’s evaluation influence on policy design that effectively contribute better policy environment, evidence-based policy design and implementation in Africa.
